Joan Buccino sold my mother's Milwaukie condominium in 2003. We had a sense of urgency to sell as we had already moved Mom to a retirement home. Although it was a nice condo in a nice area Joan had a few obstacles as the condo association would not allow 'For Sale' signs or advertising of any sort on the premises. However, she persevered by using several other methods of getting the word out. I appreciated her creative thinking. She used Senior publications, door to door visits with other tenants, the usual newspaper ads and the Internet to name a few. In a reasonable time the condo sold and Joan was instrumental in making everything flow smoothly. I would call Joan again if I had a property to sell and would heartily recommend her to friends and associates.....
